Emma Leppermann

Emma LeppermannEmma Leppermann is a woman.

She has her rituals. She likes falling snow, the scent of lilac around the houses,
and the round lanterns of the park on a late summer eve and she
has her secret trails – in a marsh without boardwalk and in greenwoods.
She likes beautiful things. Not just beautiful, but surprising and good as well.

Emma Leppermann is a golden plum, sweet and sour.

Emma Leppermann is a community, a trademark, a studio, and a shop.
The Emma Leppermann trademark was created in 2009 by good friends
Mae Kivilo, Kairi Mändla, Jaana Jüris, Merle Suurkask, and Liisa Kallam.
As of 2016, Merle Suurkask and Liisa Kallam continue everyday
activity under the trademark.

Emma Leppermann designs products, arranges events, exhibitions and handicraft training.
Textile artists create intriguing and unique materials which are, in cooperation with Estonian companies,
used for making original products in small numbers; mainly furnishing textiles and accessories, such as
pillows, plaids, hats, scarves, bags, etc.
The artists are inspired by genuine stories, nature, and nice people.

Emma Leppermann is passionate about handicraft, fine and natural materials, old textile techniques and innovative solutions in design. Every piece of handicraft comes from the hands of the artist herself.
